My Journey: From Personal Passion to Professional Purpose

I’ve always been drawn to beauty, not just in how things look, but how they’re built, how they make people feel, and how they make sense. But for a long time, I kept that part of me hidden. I masked my love for beauty by pursuing careers that didn’t align with it. Deep down, though, I knew I wanted to look and feel a certain way, just like the clients I now serve, who come in with a vision of themselves and trust me to bring it to life.

What started as a personal mission, to learn how to do hair for myself, turned into something much bigger.

My Education & Growth

I began investing in myself through courses:
•A 1-day wig install course in Trinidad
•A 5-week course in Trindad focused on extensions and styling
•A 1-day international online class I’ve replayed countless times till date
•Then more in-person 5-week courses focused on colour, cut, and advanced styling techniques

At that point, I still had no intention of becoming a stylist. I just wanted to master the craft for me. But the more I learned, the more I realized how powerful this work was. Naturally, things evolved, and I found myself dreaming bigger.

I took odd jobs overseas just to save up money to open my own salon. Once I hit my target, I returned to Trinidad, opened my salon, and enrolled in cosmetology school, eight months after the salon opened! (Yes, it was backwards, but I had no blueprint, just determination.)

Finding My Niche: Extensions + Hair Care

Extensions became a turning point. I took:
•A 4-day course in tape-ins and I-tips
•A single strand extension course in London with a stylist I admired

But I quickly realized something was missing: hair care knowledge. I was installing beautiful extensions on clients with real hair issues, and I didn’t feel right continuing without understanding the health behind the hair. So I made a bold move: I closed my salon temporarily to work under a hair care specialist, offering my physical services in exchange for mentorship.

That experience changed everything. I gained deep insight into real hair health and could now help clients heal their hair, not just cover it up. And surprisingly, it deepened my love for styling, too.

What My Brand Stands For

Now, I bring it all together, structure, ethics, quality, and beauty. My brand is for people who want the best, not just in look, but in integrity.

What makes my brand different:
•Ethically sourced hair: Our hair comes from real people who care for it so well, it’s suitable for cosmetic use.
•More styling freedom: You can do more with this hair, it’s versatile, high-quality, and durable.
•Longevity: Our hair lasts longer, holds styles better, and keeps you looking elevated.
•Knowledge meets beauty: I don’t just install hair, I educate clients, help identify hair concerns, and bridge the gap between extensions and real hair care.

This brand is built for those who value quality, structure, and the power of transformation. It’s more than hair, it’s about confidence, care, and craftsmanship.
